Questions
How long do your pet feeding visits last?
Visits usually last around 20-30 minutes. If you have a large number of animals, then it will be longer.
Who provides the pet’s food, leads, litter, bedding etc?
The pet owner provides all food and equipment.
How long do your dog walks take?
Usually around 45 minutes for the walk. The total time spent with your dog will be about an hour to include feeding/cleaning up time where required. Longer or shorter walks can be arranged.
What are your charges?
For dog walking – for one hour prices start from around £8.50.
Cat feeding/small animal care visits start from around £7.00.
Charges for the pet taxi depend on the time and distance but start from around £7.00 for short journeys. We’re also available for long journeys such as relocations – please ask for a quote.
What happens in an emergency?
We’ll contact you first to discuss the situation and the best course of action. If you’re not available, we’ll call your emergency contact. If we can’t contact either of you and your pet requires urgent medical attention, then where possible we’ll take your pet to the vet you’ve specified. If no vet is specified, we’ll take your pet to a vet of our choice.
Can you give medication to my pets?
Generally speaking, yes, but we’d need to discuss any medical requirements at the initial consultation.
